Delivery Time

1-3 Day Delivery, depending on the day and time ordered. For example, If ordered before 3pm between Monday-Friday, your order will typically arrive the next day anytime before noon (12pm) within Nairobi.

We will deliver ordered items to the exact address provided for delivery. Please ensure your address is up to date. We will not be liable for any outcome that results from an incorrect address provided. In the case of an inaccurate address, the Customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges and possible delay in delivery time.

A lot of Miscommunication but excellent customer service

I made my order online for a pair of blue light blocking lenses and a frame and I requested for the order to be picked up at a branch. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the customer service helpline and the branch which I chose to pick up my order at, and that caused a lot of confusion when it came to communicating the actual pick up time. It was a quite an inconvenient time. Despite this ordeal, both the customer service helpline and the staff at the branch were more than helpful when it came to rectifying this lack of communication. I appreciate their quickness to communicate and their accommodative attitudes. The spectacles came as I ordered. No complaints with the product itself.

Took long

Unlike when you are being delivered to, collecting from a pick up point takes too long. I thought delivery fee of 400/- was too high so I preferred to collect them instead. I had to make calls to follow-up on the order. I wasn't called to be alerted that the order had arrived. I was a little disappointed. However, the staff at the branch were very friendly.
